Barry R. Snyder, appellant, has challenged the suspension of his operating privilege by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing. The basis for the suspension was appellant's conviction in the State of New Jersey for driving while intoxicated in violation of N.J.S. §39:4-50(a).
