The defendant-appellant, Rudy L. Ramey, appeals from his conviction, following a no-contest plea, on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(3). In his single assignment of error, Ramey contends that the trial court erred by failing to grant his motion to suppress. Specifically, he argues that a citizen tip that his vehicle had been observed driving erratically...
