Strasburg appealed from that portion of the referee's report recommending that he be required to make restitution to a business client for an excessive fee he had charged and obtained, that he be required to pay the costs of this disciplinary proceeding, and that the court impose a remedial sanction for his contempt of this court for each day following the issuance of the court's opinion in this proceeding that he engages in those business...
