WALLER, Justice:

On appeal is Appellant Mekiel Letrel Mitchell's conviction of murder. We affirm.

FACTS

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on December 16, 1995, Kenneth Raymond Judy ("Victim") was shot in the back of the head while driving in his truck.
