Petitioner, Gerald Warren, appeals the District Court's order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 following state court convictions for assault with intent to commit murder, breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, and assault with intent to rob while unarmed. We are asked to determine in this appeal whether sufficient evidence was presented in the state court proceedings...
