Corley Wiggins appeals the Social Security Administration's denial of his application for disability benefits. 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). In his application Wiggins claimed that a shoulder injury, his substance abuse disorder, and his mental status rendered him unable to sustain any gainful employment.
