This case requires us to resolve two issues. The first is whether Tucker was subjected to an "interrogation" by the corrections officers without being given the requisite Miranda warnings. The second issue is whether admission of Brock's taped statements was prejudicial error. For the reasons which follow, we determine that neither of the trial court's separate decisions to allow Tucker's statement and Brock's statements into evidence...
