Before the court is plaintiff's motion to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada (Item 19). Defendants have responded with a crossmotion to dismiss or, in the alternative, transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas (Item 26). The court heard oral argument via telephone on July 10, 1998.
