In this case, defendant-appellant, William Renner, appeals from a jury verdict convicting him of felonious assault, with a firearm specification. Renner was tried on three charges: abducting Taleisa with a gun, and feloniously assaulting Taleisa by discharging a gun from a vehicle. The latter two charges included firearm specifications.
