Plaintiffs in this action are Rodica Rus, as the special administrator of the Estate of Nicolae Rus, and Maria Rus. Maria was married to Nicolae at the time of his death. In July 1996, Nicolae drowned in a swimming pool owned by defendant Family Land, Inc. Defendant St. Paul Insurance Co. is Family Land's insurer. The swimming pool where Nicolae drowned is located in Wisconsin. There is complete diversity...
