Defendant-appellant, Charlene Kovacs ("appellant"), appeals the decision of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas court denying her motion for relief from judgment that sought to vacate a foreign judgment filed by plaintiff-appellee, Discount Bridal Services, Inc.
