Peter Kienitz appeals from an order committing him to a secure mental health facility as a sexually violent person under Chapter 980, STATS. After a trial to the court, the court determined that Kienitz had been convicted of a sexually violent offense and is dangerous because he suffers from a mental disorder, pedophilia, which makes it substantially probable that he will engage in acts of sexual violence...
