On May 7, 1997, Plaintiff, Patricia O'Donnell ("Plaintiff"), filed an action against Defendant, Charles Coulson ("Defendant"), alleging wrongful discharge in retaliation for asserting her First Amendment rights, promissory estoppel, breach of implied contract, fraud, and sexual harassment.
