A creditor filed a motion seeking sanctions against the alleged president and attorney of a corporate debtor for the filing of a Chapter 111 petition. The creditor will be awarded sanctions in the amount of $10,000.00 to be paid by the president and attorney, jointly and severally, pursuant to Rule 9011.2
