Henry E. Mayfield appeals from the judgment of the district court in an action brought by Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) to establish parentage, enforce support rights, and obtain reimbursement for aid to families with dependent children. The district court found that Mayfield is the father of D.E.W.; it established prospective child support and granted partial reimbursement for assistance that had been provided by SRS....
