MOORE, Justice:

Appellant was convicted of murder, first degree burglary, assault and battery with intent to kill, and two counts of possession of a knife during the commission of a violent crime. At trial, appellant admitted stabbing his girlfriend, Kelly Morris, and a friend, Terry Wright, in the mobile home where the three of them had been living. On appeal, appellant challenges only the burglary conviction. He contends he was lawfully entitled to enter the dwelling...
