LEWIS, J.:

Defendant was charged with 11 counts of aggravated incest. He entered into a plea agreement with the prosecutor wherein he pled guilty to five counts of aggravated incest in exchange for the prosecution's dismissal of the other six counts. He was sentenced to three consecutive terms of 2 to 5 years and two concurrent terms of 2 to 5 years. He now seeks to withdraw his plea of guilty. The trial court denied...
