This matter is before the court on the Objection to Exemption filed by the Chapter 7 trustee, Mary C. Walker, on October 8, 1998. The Trustee objects to the exemption claimed by the Debtor, Theresa G. Hazelhurst, for various items of jewelry. An evidentiary hearing was held on December 9, 1998.
