Plaintiff, Jeffrey Alnutt, commenced this action pro se in 1990, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that several corrections officers violated his civil rights after he was elected as an Inmate Grievance Resolution Committee ("IGRC") representative at Wende Correctional Facility.
