Michael E. Burk appeals from an order affirming the adjustment committee's decision that he violated WIS. ADM. CODE § DOC 303.24 (disobeying orders). Burk argues that the adjustment committee lost competency to adjudicate the matter after it failed to provide him with adequate written notice of his due process hearing within the required two and twenty-one day time period.
