General Casualty Company of Wisconsin appeals a summary judgment in favor of Shona Sweeney, Karrin Sweeney by her guardian ad litem David Ross, Yvonne Sweeney, and Gary Sedwick (Sweeneys) concerning the underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage under a policy issued to Yvonne Sweeney.
