In United States v. Levy-Cordero, 67 F.3d 1002 (1st Cir.1995) (Levy I), this court heard the appeals of three co-defendants convicted, inter alia, of taking part in a conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute over 1,000 kilograms of marijuana. We rejected the appeals of two of the defendants, but found that an error had been made in the trial of the third, Víctor Levy-Cordero...
