Aktham Abuhouran appeals his conviction of crimes connected to frauds committed against the Bank of Brandywine Valley (BBV) of West Chester, Pennsylvania. Abuhouran is a naturalized citizen of the United States; his americanized name, which will be used in the remainder of this opinion, is Tony Houran. Together with his brothers, Steve and Adam, he was in the construction business and with them owned Houran Construction...
