The defendant appeals from the judgment, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the plaintiff for injuries incurred as a result of a fall on the defendant's property. The defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) refused to deliver a requested jury charge, (2) charged the jury that there was sufficient evidence on which to find that an accumulation of snow or ice from a previous storm could have been a proximate cause...
