In this adversary proceeding, after due notice, trial was held August 20, 1998, at Butte on the Plaintiff's Complaint objecting to the Defendant/Debtor's ("Schmitz") discharge. The Plaintiff's Complaint seeks denial of Schmitz's discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A). Schmitz resists the complaint and denies its allegations.
