The defendants CIGNA Investments, Inc., and CIGNA Corporation (collectively "CIGNA") have moved this Court, pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., to compel arbitration of plaintiff Myrna Phillips' employment discrimination claims based upon CIGNA's internal arbitration policy.
