WIDENER, Circuit Judge:

Edgar France appeals following his conviction on two counts of perjury pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1623(a) and one count each of money laundering, 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(A)(i), and conspiracy, 21 U.S.C. § 846. We affirm.
