The issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in dismissing appellant Michael Dee Blevins's case without prejudice for violation of the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161 et. seq. We hold that the court did not abuse his discretion and, accordingly, AFFIRM.
