PER CURIAM.
The petitioner was convicted, after a jury trial, of one count each of the crimes of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, accessory to kidnapping in the first degree and arson in the second degree, and two counts each of the crimes of attempted kidnapping in the first degree and larceny in the second degree.
