PER CURIAM.

The petitioner was convicted, after a jury trial, of one count each of the crimes of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, accessory to kidnapping in the first degree and arson in the second degree, and two counts each of the crimes of attempted kidnapping in the first degree and larceny in the second degree. The petitioner appealed from his conviction, and the Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the trial court. State v....
