Magnum Radio sued Ronald Brieske, claiming, among other things, that Brieske had intentionally interfered with Magnum's contract to purchase two radio stations in Tomah, Wisconsin. The trial court dismissed the action for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted, and Magnum appeals. We agree with Magnum that its complaint states a claim. We also conclude that material issues of fact remain to be tried and we therefore reverse the order...
