In this attorney disciplinary matter, a three-member hearing panel found Respondent H. Jackson Gregory committed misconduct as described below. The panel recommended a sixty-day suspension. On review, the Investigative Panel adopted the hearing panel's findings of facts and conclusions of law. It also recommended a sixty-day suspension.
