Pending before the Court is Defendant Firstbank Corporation's (Defendant) motion for summary judgment against Plaintiff Norte Car, (Docket No. 22), and Plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment, (Docket No. 30). For the reasons explained below, Defendant's motion is granted in part/denied in part. All of Plaintiff Norte Car's claims except for one are dismissed...
