("Brenntag") has moved for a preliminary injunction, pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to enjoin payment under Irrevocable Stand-By Letter of Credit No. 190397 in the amount of $2,452,167.43 (the "LOC").
