Defendant's claim that the People failed to provide notice pursuant to CPL 710.30 of his statement to the arresting officer, that he did not know the telephone number of the individual who allegedly loaned him the vehicle in question, was not preserved for appellate review and we decline to review the claim in the interest of justice. Were we to review it, we would find any error to be harmless. The evidence of guilt was overwhelming and the statement was only a minor component...
