Per Curiam.

On June 27, 1997, the respondent pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to one count of violating 18 USC § 1001 by making false statements to a United States trustee. He was sentenced to a five-month term of incarceration, five months' in-home confinement, three years' supervised release, a $5,000 fine, and restitution in the amount of $207,940.
