On November 1, 1992, Michael L. Reinoehl, plaintiff-appellant, and Lorene Ward, defendant-appellee, were involved in an automobile accident in Columbus, Ohio. Appellant was traveling westbound on Tompkins Street, which is a singlelane one-way street. Ward was northbound on Wall Street, which is an alley.
