Plaintiff, E & H Partners ("E & H"), brings this diversity action alleging that defendant Broadway National Bank ("Broadway National") wrongfully dishonored sight drafts on a standby letter of credit. Defendant moved for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, F.R. Civ. P., and plaintiff cross-moved.
