RUSSELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

The bankruptcy court concluded that a creditor was entitled to postpetition interest on its claim in a chapter 131 case from the date of the petition through and beyond the effective date of the plan ("gap interest"). The bankruptcy court also concluded that the "legal rate" of interest under § 726(a)(5) was the rate of interest provided under Nevada state law. We AFFIRM the court...
