David S. Bok appeals from a conviction by a jury before Judge Koeltl for attempted income tax evasion in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201 and for making false statements on corporate income tax returns in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1). Bok's appeal raises several issues. First, he argues that the trial court erred in not instructing the jury that a distribution of money he received from a corporation in which he was the sole shareholder...
