Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation ("Transco") transports natural gas through pipelines. It proposed changing numerous rates it charges for this service in a filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC" or "Commission"). In total, Transco increased its revenue under the proposal, but the filing called for decreases in two rates applicable exclusively to petitioners Northeast Energy Associates and North Jersey Energy Associates...
