This case is before us for the second time. See United States v. Vazquez-Rivera, 83 F.3d 542 (1st Cir.1996). In the first appeal, we affirmed Appellant's conviction for carjacking in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2119, but concluded that the sentence was flawed because the factual record had not been sufficiently developed to support the sentencing enhancement imposed.
