Florence Manginaro, as guardian for her son, Austin Scott Manginaro ("Scott"), and Austin Manginaro, Scott's father, sue the Welfare Fund of Local 771, I.A.T.S.E. (the "Fund"), the Fund's current and former trustees (the "Trustees"), and the Union Labor Life Insurance Company ("ULLICO"), alleging that defendants refused to pay certain of Scott's medical expenses in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security...
