OPINION

CARTER, Senior District Judge.

This is an action arising from defendant's termination of plaintiff's employment, allegedly in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. and the Family and Medical Leave Act (the "FMLA"), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. Plaintiff and defendant have submitted cross-motions for summary judgment.
