The plaintiff, Robert Westbrook, appeals from the judgment rendered by the judge trial referee in favor of the defendant, Savin Rock Condominiums Association, Inc. (association). The judge trial referee denied the defendant's motion to strike, but found in favor of the defendant on the merits of the complaint.
