Appellants, Clark M. Clifford and Robert A. Altman, appeal an order of the district court denying access to certain sealed documents and transcripts of in camera conferences between the judge and a court-appointed trustee in the course of an ongoing criminal forfeiture proceeding. Appellants are not party to that proceeding, but are involved in several civil actions pending before the same judge as adversaries to the parties appearing...
