Per Curiam.

On June 22, 1998, the respondent pleaded guilty in the Supreme Court, New York County, to the crime of commercial bribing in the first degree, a class E felony, in violation of Penal Law § 180.03. He was sentenced to a conditional discharge and restitution in the amount of $200,000.

Pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90 (4), the respondent ceased to be an attorney and counselor-at-law upon his conviction...
