Rakoff, District Judge), convicting him, following a guilty plea, of one count of conspiring to transport stolen goods in interstate commerce, and one count of conspiring to commit bank burglary, both in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. Pepshi was sentenced, in principal part, to 65 months...
