Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, Simon C. Fireman ("Fireman") seeks to have his sentence vacated, set aside, or corrected on the grounds that the sections of the Federal Election Campaign Act ("FECA") under which he was prosecuted violate his First Amendment rights of freedom of expression and association under the United States Constitution both on their face and as applied.1
