Plaintiffs filed suit on March 28, 1996, seeking to recover overtime and minimum wage compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. Defendant answered on August 15, 1996. Now before the Court is Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, which claims that certain sections of the Act exempt Plaintiffs from coverage.
