This action alleges a variety of claims arising from plaintiff's employment, suspension, and removal from employment as a postal worker with the United States Postal Service (USPS) in Topeka, Kansas. Defendants are: Marvin Runyon as Postmaster General of the USPS and Moe Biller as President of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU).
